- Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering
- Experience:
- At least 20 years of work experience
- Must have worked in a senior position on at least one big mass transit project worth more than PKR 25 billion
- Experience in mass transit projects will be preferred
- At least 20 years of work experience
2. Chief Engineer
- Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering
- Experience:
- At least 15 years of work experience
- Must have worked in a senior position on at least one mass transit project worth more than PKR 25 billion

3. Director (Procurement & Contracts)

- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with a certification in Contract Management
